Not a huge difference, but I feel different and have gone from a size 14 in jeans to about a 10/9 (depending on the jeans). I am posting this to put my progress out there in the www to remind myself never to give up.

I am amazed at people who can lose so much weight in such a short period of time. I can only lose a pound a week and I exercise 5-6 days a week and only eat back half of my exercise calories. How are you doing it?

thank you!! I have been watching everything I eat and drink. Keeping my carbs around 75g-100g per day. I run on my treadmill at least 3 times a week, when I don't, I do strength excersizes (arms, abs, legs, ect.)

What do you mean not much difference??? One thing I have really noticed on MFP is overweight people are sooooo hard on themselves...,myself included. Even your bellybutton and your hands look different. Be a good friend to yourself and give yourself a big hug, for a great accomplishment.
