Hey everyone I just wanted to see if you guys had any recommendations on some health and nutrition books I could read :)?

    For dieting strategies I liked Fat Loss Happens on Mondays. I also liked Laura Fraser's Losing It, which is kind of about problems with different weight loss plans, but also has some interesting information on nutrition.

    For stuff about nutrition, a good and readable version of the mainstream medical advice is in Walter Willett's Eat, Drink, and Be Healthy. (I don't agree with all of it, but it's a good summary.) I also have enjoyed Michael Pollan's books. Matt Fitzgerald's book Diet Cults is really interesting and includes his own summary of the general sensible nutrition advice that stems from his writing about diet for endurance athletes, but are made more generally applicable.
