I hope I can figure this out correctly, so here goes....
After having my second baby I was the biggest I have ever been, so I thought it was time take care of myself. I walked for a month and lost some weight. Then I tried Jillian micheals 30 day shred. I got good results the first time so I did it again. Today was my last day of the second time and here are the results:
140lbs down to 121.5!

OMG, I can't believe the difference. You HAD the same figure as me now, so I feel really inspired now especially if I can lose my 20lbs and look as good as you do now. Well done and thanks for the inspiration. I'll post how I get on as I have only just started and am really enjoying this website and the iPhone app as it is keeping me focused, since I am noting everything that enters my body!0
