I made it! Now I need some help!!!

I have come so far from where I was, without anyones help but my own. Now I need some!! I cant shake this pouch, and I will not opt to live with it. Any help? Ive lost around 24kgs since the "Before pics" and its now my main problem, not being fat!

Lifting really helps tightening and the core.
it takes awhile but it a well worth it 0
