Need a buddy in Central OKC

Needing to drop 55 lbs...not easy. I am older, menopause, recovering from total knee replacement and have to deal with acid reflux (hard to diet). Looking for someone to buddy up with so we both can "CHEER" each other on. Don't want to do the gym thing right now.
