I'm 6'4" I weigh 338lbs and when I started I weighed 440lbs. I stick to my diet and I weigh and count everything I eat always but I want to eat all the time!!!! I stick pretty close to 2,200 cal but I'm always hungry no matter how much it how often I eat and regardless of activity level. WTF?

How are your protein and fat macros set and are you achieving them?

Pad out meals with lots of vegetables

Retrain yourself to recognise true hunger ..cos if you've just eaten and have got a hunger signal you can remind yourself it's not true hunger, analyse the feeling, drink a glass of water/diet soda and tell yourself if you're still hungry in 30 mins you'll eat then

You could add like 3-500 calories and probably still lose at a nice rate. That could be an additional snack or two or even a meal depending on what choices you make. Would that help?

At 6'4", 338lbs, 2200 kcal sounds dead on. You say "regardless of activity level"--are you eating back exercise calories as MyFitnessPal encourages? At your weight, it's not so difficult to burn an extra 800 kcal, and that's 3,000 kcal right there for you to enjoy and still meet goal.

The comments to open your diary and eat more veggies are also good!
