Ok, I started my weight loss journey on 15 Feb 2014. I weighed in at 373#, Had to go to local scrap metal recycler as my scale would not weigh me. I have since bought a new scale. I changed my eating completely, and started walking. As of this morning I now weigh 274.6 # that is a loss of 98.4# in less than 13 months. I started with mfp on 3 jan 2015, I have lost 26.4 # visible thru that. gone from a size 58 jeans to a loose 44. If I can do it, anyone can !

Welcome! You can do this for sure. It requires some effort for sure on your part. When I started I was 450. I have lost 127 lbs with 123 to go. Anyone can feel free to add me for additional support.
