Hi I've been a member for a while but haven't actually used it to count calories or anything else really. I've lost 99 pounds and now I'm in maintenance mode - finding it more critical than ever to make sure I eat the appropriate amount (so I don't keep losing!).
My weight has gone from 16st 5 (229 pounds) to 9 st 4 (130 pounds) and I've never felt better. I did this by counting calories (I ate around 1500 to 1800 cals per day) and moderate cardio (half an hour burning ~300 cals). I'm 5ft 4 in.
I've taken other steps to deal with the root causes of why I have a tendency to eat too much, and continue to work on this (send me a private message if you would like more information).

Im currently trying to lose about 60lbs or more my weight was 245.6 but now its at like 238.4 i think. Ive lost that in 2 weeks. Im 5'6. Im actually trying to do a low calorie diet 800 lbs or less. Because according to my bmi im obese or is it morbaly obese? Idk either way i really wanna lose this weight any extra tips/motivation/advice u could give me0
