Those, and strict pull/chin-ups. NO KIPPING! Occasionally, I'll throw in some decline crunches, but haven't for a while.

Although I also do that one where you lie down, lift your hips then your legs, until your legs are straight and toes touch the floor behind your head, straighten up so feet point to the ceiling and roll down spine vertabrae by vertabrae - that engages abs and feels great on your spine

it probably has a name but I don't know it

Changes every other week. This week is:
    - Weighted incline sit ups
    - Lying floor leg raises
    - Side bends on Hyperextension
    - Cable kneeling crunch
    - Plank
    - Dumbbell side bends
    - Vacuums

    5x's aren't enough for me.....:/

    - V-ups - back & legs up
    - knee tucks - back & knees come together, no hands support
    - Knee tucks at an angle - support yourself with your hands behind you & bring in the knee tucks at 45 degree angle on alternating sides
    - Russian twists - back & knees up, take a weight to alternate sides and twist as far as you can with each twist
    - supermans - stretch flat, hands above your head and bring them all the way to your feet in a full sit up. Keep your hands above your head, don't use them to pull you up.
    - Reverse sit up (I don't know the name) - lay on your back, legs extended, bring your legs up vertically and then back over your head. You can all the way into a plow position but most of the effort is getting them back about 45 degrees from vertical over your head. Take it back slow - feel each vertabrae hit the floor one at a time. You can also extend your hands over your head and hold a weight for these.
    - On your back, legs extended rotate them in a full circle from vertical around to one side, the floor, the other side & back to center. Rotate each way.
    - "Bad dogs" - sit up legs extended, put your hands palms flat on the floor as far towards your feet as you can. Lift your legs either together or individually and keep your palms flat. This is a KILLER.
    - bag sit ups - on your back, put you ankles on either side of a standing structure (I use a punching bag) Sit up vertically with your legs in place and reach as high as you can.

Or just go to Pilates. :-)

    Front squats

Note: this is shown with a front rack position. You can also do it with arms crossed if you don’t have good shoulder, elbow and wrist mobility.

    Back squats

hanging windshield wipers, cable kneeling crunch, weight incline sit ups. I like to do core routines that make me "twist" to work the obliques, specifically the upper obliques.
