At goal weight...but going on vacation.

So I have officially reached my current goal weight! I am beyond happy today because I really worked hard this past week in terms of my logging and my workouts. This was exactly what I was hoping for...because I am going on vacation...and we all know that traveling can disrupt progress.
I am going to my hometown, where I will get to eat all the amazing food that I miss so much! I plan to enjoy the hell out of it because I only get to do this once a year (if that). I know that my logging won't be accurate because I'm not going to find most of the foods in the database. I also won't be cooking my own meals, let alone weigh anything. My workouts are also not going to be consistent, I might sneak in a routine here and there but that's all.
I'm expecting some weight gain upon my return. But I don't want this to completely throw me off.
So my question is: How do you guys handle traveling and staying on track?
P.S. Just as a side-note. Losing weight for me is extremely difficult. So, while for some people a "minor" number like 5lbs weight gain might sound like not a big deal, it is a big deal for me; because it will take me months to lose that.

Moderation. I never see a vacation as an excuse to pig out. Enjoy your favourite foods but don't stuff your face. Drink plenty of water and where possible fill out the meals with veggies or salad to minimise gain. I go on holiday in April and I am worried about the same thing... Scones with clotted cream (I'm off to Cornwall) are my downfall. So have told myself that one treat won't hurt.0

Have a bowl of broth or low cal veggie soup before diving into the other things, so you won't overeat so much.0

Nom! Scones! Yeah, I'm gonna be eating real mexican food. One real mexican meal pretty much fills up all my macros by itself; I am talking chalupas, chilaquiles, tacos, molotes, enchiladas... You basically have your tortillas, salsas, meats and fats all rolled into any of those.
Moderation is what I will do. I will try to eat "intuitively" and stay within my calories. We shall see how it all works out.

I tend to not track on vacation but still workout. I went to New Orleans about 1 1/2 month ago and ate and drank my way through the city. I was there to run a marathon so of course I didn't do that until after. I just feel like I want to enjoy my vacation and all the yummy foods. We are going on a vacation here in about two weeks and while I likely won't track my food I will still get in my workouts.0

When I went on vacation last summer, I didn't want to be eating out for every meal, so I brought a little food with me. I got one of those cylinders of oatmeal, and brought some brown sugar, dried berries, and nuts to add in. I ate that for breakfast most days, with variations in which toppings I used, and it gave me more calorie room for the rest of the day. Im planning to do the same thing when I go on vacation this April.
I also tried really hard not to stress too much about the damage. I was a tourist where I went though, so there was tons of walking, which also helped. I didn't lose weight while gone, but I also didn't gain more than about 2 pounds. I thought that was pretty good!0
