It's impossible to know which one is closest to the actual burn. Keep in mind everything is an estimate. The good thing is we don't need exact. There isn't a significant difference between 355 and 407. 703 is extremely high and not likely. The answer is probably closer to the other two.

Personally, I go with the lowest.

My treadmill is about 2 years old and it calculates my calories burned based on my current weight. When I wore my Body Media Fit the calories were very congruent between the two. That said, the calories that MFP suggests I am burning is SIGNIFICANTLY more and so I adjust the time down (my 30 minutes becomes more like 18) to make the calorie count as accurate as possible. I have searched for other threads that discuss this discrepancy with MFP, but haven't found them yet.

But one thing these devices do not account for is ambient temperature. In Oregon, we've been having some unseasonable warm weather. I can tell by the amount I am sweating that working out in warm temps causes more calorie burn than when it is colder. That was one thing I did like about my armband - it took skin temp and moisture into account when calculating calorie burn.

In this case, the treadmill is probably the least inaccurate, assuming it allowed you to enter your weight.

Formula: .57 x bodyweight in pounds

Gives a rough estimate of calories burned walking.
