I have a bad behavior: if something is too hard I give up. The problem with this is that things that were not "as hard" in my past has transformed into the "hard category" Although I embrace my age, I have also sabotaged my health by misplacing my mo jo. I have now recently joined an athletic club with a salt water pool. I have obtained a coach to help me through the shyness of going into a new place. I am a little girl all over again wanting to learn how I can become that energized individual I use to be.
