Try this again, 100 days/23lbs weight loss

SO happy to announce my 23lb weight loss. I wish I could say it's been a hard road but, b/c of MFP and endless support it's been really fun. I started around 195lbs (height is 5'4") but claim to start MFP at 190lb. I am now in the 160's (167lbs) and it feels awesome.

One big reason for my weight loss is my hubby. He decided to jump on the weight loss train with me and has gone from 225lbs to 195lbs (a 30lb weight loss)

To celebrate let's look at some pictures....

I give credit to the South Beach Diet ( I didn't go balls out... I just phase 1 and go along with glycemic index), I do Zumba 2X a week, I started running, and do Jillian's 30 Day Shred & 6 Week 6 Pack.
