Hey my name is Ella just wanted to know if anyone has tried the exante diet? I've been on it for a week now and I've lost 7 lbs so far. The food packs and soups are quite tasteless but obviously fill you up . It's hard if you're not strict . I've had to out off going out with family and friends in order to stick to it so far but it's all good . Let me know of your experiences if any.

Hi Ella, I'm doing Exante and have lost 45.5lbs, I started 1st January 2015. I've done similar diets (LighterLife, Cambridge etc). However, Exante has by far the most verity to help keep you focused. I've also made up a recording folder, it has measurements, weight, progress photos etc and really helps make this process fun (start weight 317lbs, goal weight 119lbs, so I'm in this for the long haul)! I also have a countdown of 'pounds to go'. So every time I loose weight, I rip off the sheets :) Each sheet has a positive senescent (I found the sheets online). I also add my own positive progress on a sheet next to it, like when my leggings got baggy! Finally, I have a mood face up on the wall. Most days it's on smiling, but it tells my mum (aka diet buddy), if I need more support, or space etc. Anyway, I hope that helps, ask me any questions. I lost 8 stone in the past with LL after the birth of DS1 and this time I'm loosing again with Exante after the birth of DS2, so I'm no stranger to this.

Nope...I eat real foods in moderation and use portion control. Learning those tools is very important and with pre packaged diet foods , your not really learning portion control for real life every day situations.
