I am under my calorie goal most days so why am I putting on weight? Also, I started good but have now lost nothing for two weeks. Any advice?

Do you weigh everything you consume?0

Look at what your eating IE is it high carbs or fat. Then look at the activity level. I am under all the time but if I don't burn a lot by working out I just stay the same. Let me know I can give you more advice just need more info?0

What about your nutritional goals? Like sodium, and carbs?0

My diet is definitely carb-heavy! And I do like my sugar... This is hard! But it's nice to have some support. Thanks for your comments and advice everyone! X0
