I am confused?

I have been losing inches and lost so far 1lb. How does that work? more muscle? burn fat?

    what kind of exercise are you doing?

    Building muscle while losing fat can result in a net result, or even gained weight, especially at the beginning of new strength training regimes.

    I do weight training every other day. so my muscle can repair itself and cardio everyday. I saw another thread from another MFP and it answered my questions. I dont feel crazy anymore!!

    It can definitely be unnerving when you are trying to lose weight and you actually gain :)

    But weight is not the problem, it's the amount of fat, just look at it that way
