best meal substitute protein shake?? help...

I seem to always miss breakfast due to working so early!!! What's a good protein shake!!?

    MyProtein are good and affordable. The type of shake tailored to you will be dependant on your goals so you'll need to check the macros before deciding on what type!
    Also- no excuse for skipping breakfast... Banana and some nuts takes no time at all! Shakes should only be used to top up on meal times not replace them :) xx

    Greek yogurt of your choice (I use vanilla with a bit of plain for more protein and less sugar. (: blended with banana, strawberries, cacao powder, almond butter, almond milk...even throw in some flax seed if you want. I just throw weird things together like that for a quick breakfast sometimes. Tastes a bit like chocolate to me. But experiment with what you will (: never skip a meal.

    Thanks for for the advice!!! I will eat something everyday for sure 3 meals a day!!!! BTW what's the latest or last meal to eat
