Hello I started using myfitnesspal several months ago. I was never consistent in using the app. This time I'm going to try it again.

I am also back. Used it to get started about 3 yrs ago. I lost weight but have managed to put some back on. Hoping this will help me regroup and go again0

I joined in January with the determination to lose 20 pounds before my birthday this month. Needless to say, that did not happen. I was consistent about 2 weeks.
Now I am back with more determination (and the help of warmer weather). My new goal is the entire 30-40 pounds. I have no deadline. I plan to stick with this as long as it takes this time. No pressure..just slow and steady like the tortoise in the Tortoise and the Hare children's book.
