how often do you weigh yourself? Daily? Weekly?

Daily. Every morning after using the bathroom. Log it. Forget about it. Review the trend every 3-4 weeks and ogle my chart. I've done this since I started my weight loss.0

weight daily, tracking weekly, and evaluating based on the 7 week moving average and from the periodic taping (waist and neck measurements roughly monthly)0

I tend to only do so every few weeks. I do the judgement of belt holes though. Was at a 38 belt and went to last notch. Then went to 36" belt and started on first notch now I'm on 3rd. Some days it's an easy synch and some days it's snug. But as long as on average it keeps getting a little looser then I'm ok.. Lol
And I always weigh myself at same place (doctors office). I do their IT work so I'm there sometimes weekly or at least every few weeks.0 -
I weigh at least every other day...I should log with discipline but if the scale has inched up I only log it once a week. The more often I weigh, the more in control I feel.0

Once a week on Sundays after my workout. I found that if I weigh myself daily, I obsess and can get depressed.0

Almost every morning, but I only record the Sunday morning weight. That's the "official" weight for the week. LOL!0

I weight every morning to remind myself of the achievement so far as not to overeat that day. But I only log the lowest weight of the week.0
