Adding things to your daily intake???

How or where do I add drinks other than water? I am sure things like coffee and koolaid count for some calories and fat somewhere and I would like to know how to add them. Any advice?

    I add them where it says add food. Then I type in whatever the beverage is. If it's not listed I manually add it in. You should definitely log your beverages too.

    Just put them under snacks, or if you have them with a meal add them there :)
  • If you go to diary settings in the settings section you can create personalised food categories such as drinks. :)
