diary settings

i recently opened up my diary in hopes of being less secretive about my food intake. i know on those days when i really mess up, the last thing i want is for people to see what i eat. i'm hoping this will help get over my shame issues with food and be more accountable. has anyone else had success with this? maybe i can get some insight by doing this.

    I keep mine open. I don't care if the world sees my diary. Of course I have days that are not so great. However, the main objective is to be honest with yourself. :flowerforyou: If you're not honest with your diary - then your defeating the purpose regardless if it's private or open for everyone to see.
  • Mine is open to friends as well. Yes, we all mess up but don't be ashamed, try to do better the next day and each day gets easier. I had a tough first week but this week is much better. Feel free to add and take a look at how bad I can mess up.
