gut and lower back. Was 77kg at 6% BF for BB show late last year. Now 88kg and the only measurement that has changed is the waist.0

Always bum, belly and face. When I am really weighty I get what I call a "Bum shelf". It's gross. So I'm doing something about it ha ha! I always lose it off my face and back first which is weird.0

Definitely in my thighs and calves, absolutely love boots but can never find any that fit0

Lower belly. I hate it and feel really despondent as I am eating healthily and exercising but it won't budge. Is there anyone out there with the same problem but experience of success is shifting the fat?0

Sorry, in shifting the weight! I know I will always have a tendency to put weight on in that area but if I could just see a bit of positive progress it would really buck me up.0

I gain pretty much everywhere except the waist. When I'm thin I'm an hourglass shape, when I'm not I'm a pear with boobs.

In order: belly, boobs, thighs and upper arms. I have excess all over (5'4" and 289# will do that to ya!) But i know those will be the last places i lose it, in reverse order0

Tbh, in my thighs. But I legit don't mind thick thighs so its good. My belly bothers me waay more0

around my lower abs area , then if not treated... it expands from there and is the last place I lose it from0

Everywhere but more noticeable around my neck, and belly. Whenever I lose weight, my neck and face is the first place people notice it.0
