Do you need to eat all of the calories you've burned through exercising?

You don't have to do anything
but if you are following the MFP method it is wise to eat back 50-75% of the calories burned through additional exercise to fuel your workouts, widen your diet, remove the restrictive feel of being on a diet, ensure adequate nutrition, hit your protein and fat minimums etc0 -
Thanks. I have not been eating back the calories & it seems as if I would lose more weight that way but that has not been the case.0
