I can't meet the 1000 calorie requirement.

I'm full with what I'm currently eating; what can I do? Will this affect me? I can't complete the diary either because of this; any ideas?

Are you here with the goal of losing weight? Because you didn't get overweight by being truly sated by 1000 calories per day.0 -
No offense but you didnt get to this point of needing to diet by not being able to eat 1000 calories. Eat a handful of almonds, put 2 tsp of oil on your vegetables and there you are!0

Juice
Avocado
Oil
Most any high cal food you want.

Buy a food scale. Weigh what you are eating. My first guess is that you are eating more than 1000 calories and don't know it.0

are you weighing and measuring your foods accurately? You might be surprised that you are eating more than you think.
1000 calories is also really low, if you are weighing/measuring foods you may be nutrient deficient on such a low cal diet - maybe consider a less aggressive approach (1lb/week instead of 2, as example)

Yes, it will affect you. Assuming you aren't on a doctor-monitored diet, you can't be eating a healthy balanced and sustainable diet that meets your needs for protein, fat, and micronutrients on less than 1000 calories, and that will affect the viability of your diet over time, even if you feel fine at the moment.
The goal isn't to eat as few calories as possible. It's to figure out a way to eat that works longer term and is healthy, IMO.0 -
