Ok, so I have been reading some reviews on various energy supplements and I am stumped. I'm not sure if I want to use one, but I have no energy and have been debating on trying a supplement.

Any suggestions, reviews, advice, information on this would be appreciated.

Thank you!

my opinion - that stuff isn't worth the money and prob most have lots of chemicals in them etc. you get the high then you crash. then you take more and the cycle begins.

perhaps go with something more natural -even coffee. peppermint tea etc.

fresh air and exercise will help as well.

Are you talking about workout energy supplements, or for daily use?

I'm a busy mom of 2 babies and a toddler so I definitely need to energy from time to time. Sometimes I take a 5 hour energy to give me that boost or take Xenadrine Ultra. I know some people may not agree with me but if your in my shoes then you'd understand. I dont take them on a daily basis but a few times a week. It also gives me the drive to get my day done. :)

With proper diet, exercise, and sleep you shouldn't need those. Have you been to the doctor lately and/or had any blood work done. You COULD be anemic, have thyroid problems, etc.

Not all energy supplements have the crash like drog is saying... Ever heard of Nutrilite? They are all natural, all organic supplements. Rhodiolla 110 is the best ever! I usually take that when I go to the gym... and XS energy drinks, are amazing... they taste great, no sugar, low carbs and lots of B vitamins! You can check out all the info here www.amway.com/shannondepriest

you definitely want to take something that is organic, and staying away from sugar is best. The more sugar you take in the less energy you will have

I know that I don't get enough sleep since I work full time and have 2 small children. I'm just worn out :)

I've been tested for anemia and thyroid issues; my mom had thyroid problems and I was anemic during my first pregnancy, but both tests the last time they were taken (maybe a year ago) came back fine.

I take just a multi vitamin pack every day and since taking them I feel i have more energy. I would try that first.

Advocare Spark Energy Drink. I've been using it this past week and can really tell a difference. It is sugar free and only 45 calories. It comes it several flavors. It provides energy by having lots of the B vitamins.
