Acronyms

Can someone please post the definitions for some of the commonly used acronyms on this site? I haven't a real clue what half of them mean (I mean I can guess but it's just a guess) Specifically IIFYM, keto, IF, HIIT and CICO (although I think that must be Calories In Calories Out) and any others you can think of. Thanks!

IIFYM - if it fits your macros
keto - short for ketosis (the process where fats are broken down by the body used for the primary source of energy, which occurs when following a low-carb diet)
IF - intermittent fasting
HIIT - high intensity interval training
CICO - calories in, calories out
Others commonly used that you/others may find useful are:
BMR - basal metabolic rate
RMR - resting metabolic rate
TDEE - total daily energy expenditure0 -
