Hi y'all, I've never posted before in success stories but I feel as if I should share some motivation. I still have about 35 pounds left to lose before my goal weight but this is progress!
My secrets are: I've been drinking Shakeology in the morning, doing BeachBody programs as exercise, tracking activity level with my fitbit charge and using MFP to watch food consumption.

Looking to see others share their success too! :)
