young and "obese"

Hello! My name is Angel and I just recently turned 20!
I've been 150lbs for almost a year now.
I used to be at a constant 140 but when I was put on a different anti depressant it changed to 150. I don't take any now (though I should....) and it still is the same

I don't eat breakfast i just really don't like it plus i wake up at lunch time. My day consists of snacking till dinner and that's usually the only time I really eat a meal.

I really dislike exercise;; but I'm on day 6 of ab thigh and but 30 day challenge...
I usually do it while watching Korean variety shows at night. My other exercise is through cleaning.

I also don't sleep much right now I'm on 3 hours of sleep maybe that's why I can't lose weight? Heh....

im 4'11 so i should weigh at least 100-110 to be at a "recomended " weight but I would be happy at 120 ^0^
I gave MDD (major depression disorder ) so that always causes me to give up when I see no results but I don't want to give up anymore!

  • Hi Angel! I'm new to mfp too! I'm 5'3" and 150. I'm trying to get down a few lbs too. Maybe we can support each other.
