Hi! My name is Kayla, and I am trying to lose weight about for what feels like the thousandth time. Usually, I'm good about eating healthy and exercising early on, but I have a hard time keeping my healthy habits. It would be really nice to lose a few pounds before I study abroad in Spain this summer, and I'd love to make some friends along the way :)
