Hey, I just started carb cycling and am new at it was curious if anyone whom is familiar can give me some feedback on what I'm working with : weight 230lbs , 5'10, athletic shape.. Doing a cut right now where my caloric intake is 2,320 . My main question is if my carb numbers are sufficient. On low carb days I am taking in 115-150 g and on high carb days im taking in 200-300g. I may or may not add in a moderate carb day. How do those numbers look? Thanks.

What are you planning to accomplish from carb cycling?

    is carb cycling necessary?
  • Carb cycling allows you to still eat carbs from clean sources, without adding body fat, and cycling (going from high carb day to low card day) enables you to better utilize fat for burning as fuel, as opposed to burning carbs and muscle tissue for fuel.
