    My box arrived last night. Looked through everything. Hope to start the exercise program tonight & start nutrition when I've gone through all the info & booklet.

    I'm just starting the 21 day fix today. I did one round and lost 6.5 lbs and 7 inches. I'm hoping this round to lose 7 lbs. Great seeing others doing this. If you want to support each other, add me as friend.

    You should invest in a heart rate monitor to track your calories burned. I have used the polar ft4.
