Garmin vivofit

I have the vivofit with the heart rate monitor. Sometime so my workouts sync to garmin connect and sometimes they don't even show up on garmin connect. Can anyone help me with this?

    I read a review on Amazon that said you can sync the vivofit with the Fitbit site instead. I hope that helps.

    Struggling with the sync as well. Easy for the desktop but not for the phone.

    Last two workouts used with heart rate monitor did not sync. Steps were credited, and the heart rate monitor showed me my HR the entire workout, but when I synced to Garmin Connect, the HR info didn't show up. It's happened twice now in the last two days. Anyone else having issues?

    Bluetooth has to be on to sync.
