So excited to have gotten to the gym today. Did upper body workout and no weight on my ankle. Did the exercise Bike and the sit down elliptical. YES!!! no pain on ankle at all.

3/2 - 4.10 Elliptical Machine
3/3 - 1.0 walk
3/13 5.5 (3.5 exercise Bike and 2 Elliptical)

Nice early trail center ride this morning, feels great being rolling on mud again and ive not lost the skills only 8miles though. Ok swim last night had to go to the National center as local had water polo on. Congested lanes made for alot of stop/start lenghts so only 600m

Monday 02 March -- 7.7 km walking in 96 minutes.
Tuesday 03 March -- 3 km walking in about 37 minutes + 27.24 km cycling in about 80 minutes.
Wednesday 04 March -- 7.2 km walking in about 85 min

**that's my longest day of walking so far this year** ... and on the evening portion of the walk, my husband and I tried a trail near our home that we haven't tried before. We discovered a small beach we didn't know was there, and a reserve full of pademelons.

Gruff is still good too see you going on. You too will be back too your norm soon enough. Our lives are not perfect all the time........ I do struggle sometimes but I keep on. The key for all of us it not too give up. Thank you for letting us TRY too keep up with you! lol

This was Duathlon day again, which included a very hard (for me) run, requiring goat-like escapades (which other than probably my teeth are not part of my package)

- Cycle: 10.88K which was a struggle because of aforementioned run

3/1 3.23 miles, a little less than half a mile jogging on mill
3/2... Forgot Fitbit all day
3/3 5.2 miles, split between treadmill in the morning and about 2.4 miles walking the neighborhood after I gave up on the 50+ degrees and sunshine we were promised. The meager balance is down to house chores since this was my day off.
3/4 3.63 miles walking
3/5 4.47 miles walking
3/6 4.17 miles at work.
3/7 5.09 miles work
3/8 4.52 miles, mostly a walk around town before lifting.

Sundays are most times my rest day. However winter has been so bad that I did walk the girls in-between Church Services. 3.0 walking miles..... rest and back soon too evening services...

jesiann I assumed since I've been around animal goats (and watched their run/play etc) that was what iofred was speaking of. He felt like no matter how hard he worked he felt behind? IF that is not what he meant then joke on me. lol... Another difference between our world and his across the pond....

My numbers aren't too shabby for the weekend. It's incredibly beautiful down here in Louisiana. Looking like Spring has sprung! The outdoors just beckoning us by name.
