Two pounds a week is ideal I think.0

You can lose more faster than this in the beginning starting at your high weight, but aiming for no more than one to two pounds a week is generally accepted as a good pace for weight loss. If you have a lot of weight to lose for your GW, slow and steady is best to prevent saggy skin.0

I started at 242 (5'6) on Jan 1st and have lost between 1.4-6 lbs a week, varying of course. The 6 lbs was the first week and lots of water weight. My second highest loss was 4.8 lbs a few weeks back. Mostly it's around 2-3lbs/week.0

each person and body is unique so YMMV.0

When I first started tracking calories on the app, I also changed my workout routine and dropped four pounds in a week. But those results aren't typical and I've evened out and slowed down since. Good luck!0
