    I'm not sure where to even begin with this...most of are either are or were fat.

    Eat clean, ditch carbs, go on a detox juice cleansing diet, do hours of cardio, etc.

    It's probably still between your legs by the way.

    Im a yoyo - ive lossed and gained alot - im now down to 170lb region and im trying to loose the last 30lb to get back to where i was 3 years ago (my THINspiration is my profile pic) as as soon as i stop thinking about food i pile the weight on, im getting to the point where i think about if i need to eat that cookie because it smells good or if im being greedy - 9/10 times i dont actually want it and ive found ive lost alot quicker and easier than before this was.

    I set myself mini goals and i change my start weight to reflect it so i only ever hsee that i have 40lb to loose, once i reach that 40lb loss i reset and go for the next 40lb - mini victorys each time making me feel like ive achieved the moon and stars :)
