Just log it under exercise, the strength training logging here isn't very good as it's very difficult to calculate calorie burns from weight training. I created a "strength training" entry for myself.0

It is very difficult to calculate how much a person exerts and what is deemed heavy (weight wise) to them to get a fair assessment of how many calories are burned during a weight lifting session. When on a hard core lifting regime you can actually gain weight while still losing body fat. The scale not moving would discourage a lot of dieting. "muscle weighs more than fat" But that fact that you can add it here on this site based on time in the gym gives you more flexibility when it comes to caloric consumption. And I think that is the reason the site keeps it so generic in nature.0
