Roller skating is my number one favorite thing to do. I can't wait to skate around my neighborhood, I'm definitely doing it this weekend. Second is hot yoga at modo yoga.0

Lifting things up and putting them back down.

Step aerobics. Yes, it's old school, but the classes are so much fun. The first few are really tooth, my instructors recommend giving it 6 weeks because there's a lot to learn, but I get a serious rush from flying off the bench.
Also, kickboxing, dancing, yoga, riding my bike and sometimes running outside. Lifting is important too, but I do that with a trainer since I know I'm less likely to do that on my own.0 -
I love bodybuilding/powerlifting and riding my bike when the weather permits.0
