I looked at pictures of myself from this summer and was sad to see that 3 years of high stress and quitting smoking had made me fat and out of shape. So I bought a fitbit, joined a gym, and changed my habits. No fads, no crazy diets. Sometimes I have bad days. Sometimes I still raid the fridge at night. Sometimes (gasp) I drink beer. But I'm halfway there in a way that I can maintain. So here's to halfway to goal, and everyone who has encouraged me or helped me change. And you guys.
