High protein ideas

So I have 200 calories that I need to eat because I am not even 1000 calories in for what I have planned for today to eat. I need something high in protein with no carbs because I am over my carbs today :(.


So something high protein, around 200 calories. Ideas?!

    quick and ready to eat - atkins shake or any low carb protein shake/bar
    If you like fish, I buy the fish in a steamer pouch from Sam's club or Aldi - delish and quick!

    Thin n' Trim turkey cold cut meat is very good. I also think Citterio Rosemary Ham cold cut meat is delicious! If you tend to go over on carbs you might consider using Joseph's Flax Oat Bran Whole Wheat pita bread. It is really tasty and only 60 calories. You could make a sandwich using these ingredients with a little spicy mustard and have an excellent high protein, low carb meal. It's a favorite of mine!
