been tracking my diet for 6 weeks, getting bored

    You're not alone, I'm the same, starting to slack, just think of how good you're looking now and how good you will feel about yourself when everyone notices how healthy and amazing you look, make sure to have a treat once in a while also and don't be too hard on yourself

    Motivation is and always will be an issue, it comes and goes...good livin' has to become just a part of what you do and who you are...it's habit, not motivation.

    I'm not talking about logging per sei...I'm just talking about the way you live your life overall.

    I seem to go in phases too...hormones don't help. But when I "go off the wagon"now, I don't let it ruin the whole day or week...one meal/day at a time. I was stuck at same weight for TWO months...increased weight training from 2x to 3x a week and i finally broke thru! With spring almost here I am looking forward to being outside on my bike!!!
