I appreciate the adds and the support. I'm gearing up for Baristric Surgery and I also have Crohn's Disease. I started having a "flare" last weekend, so I was put on a high dose of steroids, which makes you insatiable. Each day I've tried to resist and failed all week. I've recommitted myself to what I know has been working, despite what seems to be an enormous amount of work (planning out my whole week in advance) and I know I can do this, especially now that I have a little extra support - thank you guys. If anyone knows of low calorie foods that are not fresh fruits or veggies or loaded with artificial sweeteners/colors, I could always use pointers. Thanks again!0
