so I really want to keep doing the BBG Im on week 3 right now. But I found weight lifting and I really want to do it. Do you think its a problem if I do both? Am I going to over exercise?

    Hi!

I am currently doing BBG 2.0 and it has weights throughout the whole thing. The squats are with with 15-20 kilos and the steps ups, walking lunges, burpess also have weights, loving it at the moment! If you wanted to go heavier I would recommend New Rules of Lifting for Women or the Lean and Strong version of Michelle Bridges 12wt :) Good luck!

Strength and weight training is (in my opinion) essential. Ilove weight training and wouldn't live without it. I don't believe it would be harmful to do both, just make sure you take days off, and have a nutritious recovery meal to replenish your body! What are your goals?

    Cheers,
    Liz

No, Kayla Itsines is suing Freelee (for defamation?)

If I remember right from the last time I saw it discussed, her guide was something like 1500 calories a day. That's not starvation unless you're very active.
