1 - Describe your goal, or goals, in detail
2 - State how much time you're you're willing to commit each day and week.
3 - List what you currently do for physical activity
4 - State your weight, height & age, and also any limitations you have (injuries, etc).

If you're not used to any exercise at all, just get moving! It's perfectly fine to start off walking. Soon you'll want to (and need to for results) add some intensity. You can add body weight exercises to your routine (push-ups, lunges, squats) and add in intervals of faster paced walking or jogging. If you join a gym, usually you can ask for a trainer to show you around to familiarize yourself with the equipment so you don't feel totally lost. Or, there are amazing at home programs you can follow if you need something more regimented (21 Day Fix, T25, 30 Day Shred etc). Good luck!! You're obviously motivated to start so that's half the battle!0

It starts with a goal and then a commitment. Then you can pick the exercise program that will get you to your goal.0
