My deployed husband came back! When he left, the next day was the day I decided to make a change. 171lbs..

Yesterday, the day he came back, I did just that and weighed 116.0! My goal weight was 125, but I went a little lower because he's been deprived of good food for so long, I know I'm going to gain a little -workout or not.

And yes--he walked right past me and was floored when he realized I was me. :-)

Welcome home, hubby!!

    Congratulations! I was a wreck the last time my husband was deployed. Nearly lost my mind. I wish I had focused on my like you did. You look wonderful. Enjoy the time with your hubby. :)

    Thanks!! I used losing weight as a way to keep busy. Gym 3-5 times a week, weigh ins every Monday, ect. It helped keep me sane at the same time it got me healthy. :)
