My random thought for the day...
This place is like Facebook for fitness junkies, lol.....find yourself carousing message board posts, replying to snarky comments & generally avoiding what you "should" be doing in lieu of face time with the monitor.....myself included, lol. Hence the post & not getting ready for work like I "should" be doing...
