Did a search for 3 cups of Ice Burg Lettuce and the Sodium count was 84 grams, surely that can't be right and did more searches and found some that were way lower. I guess will have to do more searches before I add them to my meal plan and not trust everything posted.

Look for USDA entries added by the MFP staff (they have no asterisks) to get the most accurate nutrition info.

According to the USDA 100g of iceberg lettuce contains 10mg of sodium.

That tallies up with the label on the supermarket iceberg lettuce I have in my fridge.

Thank You and will not just take it for granted that all nutritional value is the same when doing a search.

Search for most fruits and vegetables in the format "fruits - raw" or "vegetables - raw."
A search for "lettuce - raw" brings up five non-asterisked (MFP entered) items.

    Lettuce - Green leaf, raw
    Lettuce - Red leaf, raw
Lettuce - Cos or romaine, raw
Lettuce - Iceberg (includes crisphead types), raw
Lettuce - Butterhead (includes boston and bibb types), raw
