Well it rly depends on what you eat, there group that did the diet and workout didnt improve but it does not include what kind of food they where getting and training correctly.
I am also doing cardio and weights and on a diet and yet I have increased my start weights by 3-6 times so far.
Now ofc I'm still in my beginers phase so I have easy strenght gains etc and this will last somewhere between 3 to 12 months orso depending on my genes and luck
But still for me its enuff to doubt that article, ofc it might work for others so dont hasitate to read it guys and judge for yourself it does have some good points to it.0 -
