    I'll help. . But I suggest checking w dr n health insurance. I've two health coaches and a dietician helping me. Get weighed every week at Dr's with health coach she's like a therapist specifically for my weight loss and lifestyle change.

    Motivation is internal. People can inspire, encourage, support, etc. as much and as often as someone wants and needs, BUT if the person it's directed towards doesn't have their own motivation...............then nothing is going to happen.
    Successful people are self motivated and deal with obstacles and deterrences along the way to their ultimate goal. They don't let anything hold them back.
    Will you have bad days and need some uplifting? Sure. But what happens if you don't get it? You gonna quit?
    If you REALLY REALLY want something bad enough, you do what it takes to achieve it.

    eat right in the " Kitchen " and go to the gym and make some sweat ! The only person you need to make happy is yourself..anything else its for the wrong reasons.
