2 lbs a week, from clean eating and 650kcals burned a day, possible or not?

Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.
2 lbs a week would be 1000 calories less than maintenance, per day, every day. Maintenance depends on gender, height, age, current weight, lifestyle. You can create the deficit through food alone, or a combination of food and exercise.
Without knowing your stats, and how many calories you plan to eat, there's no way for anyone to say what is possible for you.0 -
