2 lbs a week, from clean eating and 650kcals burned a day, possible or not?

    Weight loss comes from a calorie deficit.

    2 lbs a week would be 1000 calories less than maintenance, per day, every day. Maintenance depends on gender, height, age, current weight, lifestyle. You can create the deficit through food alone, or a combination of food and exercise.

    Without knowing your stats, and how many calories you plan to eat, there's no way for anyone to say what is possible for you.

    With 10 pounds to lose according to your ticker, that will not be healthy.

    It looks like your profile says you are in ED recovery.

    If you are not already, I think you should consult with a therapist prior to beginning any work towards weight loss.
