putting together a custom hiit workout 1hour 5x/wk no weights. not wanting the same exact thing everyday so i dont get bored from the repetition. needing a good amount of diverse exercises to fill some gaps. any suggestions?

You should not be able to do a *true* HIIT routine for a whole hour or 5x/week. The pockets of intensity would be too much for that.

You can find some great tabata-style interval/circuit routines as free videos on fitnessblender.com--that's probably more what you have in mind than the all-out effort on every interval that HIIT calls for.

This cardio kickbox routine is probably my favorite fitnessblender workout:

    This.

when I do HIIT I do about 20 minutes. If I go more I feel like I'm going to puke...

Yea, i agree with the above: you're gonna be reduced to a puddle in like 20-25 minutes of you are doing HIIT, which is the great thing about it -- it doesn't take long.

I recommend fitness blender as well as some apps, which i use when i go running/x-training outside. Sworkit (i love their create a custom workout...its what it sounds like you want), Spitfire, any of the 7 minute workout apps (Johnson+Johnsons 7 Min, Seven, Lolo 7 min...etc) are all good, plus Tabata timers.
